OFFICIAL DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE BY SECTORS
Explanatory Notes GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This publication contains the time series used in preparation of the
reference tables on the sectoral distribution of Official
Development Assistance (ODA) published in the statistical annex to
The Annual Report of the President of the Development Assistance
Committee (DAC) of the OECD. This break down by economic sector
of activity corresponds to the commitments of total ODA coming
from each member country of the DAC as well as the EEC for all
developing countries for the last 20 years. The publication does not
contain data by individual developing country.
National data corresponds to that submitted to the Secretariat by
member countries before 15 March 1994.
